The OTC program, (operating since 1992), provides outstanding opportunities for training and development in a positive and supportive environment. The program is based at Victoria’s leading dental teaching facility, The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne (RDHM), which works in partnership with Melbourne University, RMIT University and La Trobe University.

Courses

Short dental courses

DHSV offers overseas trained dentists a variety of practical short dental courses which will assist you in improving your knowledge and skills to help you pass the Australian Dental Council (ADC) exam. Candidates must have passed the Preliminary Examination (MCQ) to undertake these courses.

4 week theory program

DHSV will also offer a 4-week theory program in January 2013 entitled “Fundamentals of Dentistry in Australia. Students will be required to have passed OET or its equivalent and be eligible to proceed with the ADC examination process.
