Community dental clinics

There are more than 60 community dental clinics located throughout metropolitan Melbourne and rural Victoria. To access services from these clinics, you need to be eligible to receive public dental care.
 

Who is eligible?

  • All children who are 12 years and under
  • People who hold a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card and dependants listed on these cards
  • Newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers
  • Children enrolled in special development schools
  • Those in residential care provided by the Children, Youth and Families Division of the Department of Human Services
  • All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are treated at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne
