Once registered, please send payment (view the payment section below). Please note: Registration cannot be secured until payment is received. Course numbers are limited and preference will be given to paid registrants. Registrants will be advised by DHSV if the course is fully booked.
Course fees and payment

Courses that include a hands-on session will incur an additional $420 plus the above registration fee; however there is no charge for the accompanying Dental Assistant to attend a hands-on session.

Please note: The tax receipt sent to you for your course payment will also confirm your registration.
Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your registration, you must inform DHSV as soon as possible to ensure that your place can be offered to another applicant.
- Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the course or failure to attend, will receive no refund, however you may nominate another person to attend in your place.
