Drink well- Drink plenty of tap water.- Avoid sweet or fizzy drinks. If consumed, have them with meals rather than between meals.
Clean well- Clean your teeth at least twice a day.- Brush your teeth gently and thoroughly with fluoride toothpaste and a soft toothbrush.- If you can’t clean your teeth, chew sugarless gum after meals.
