Munch girl is always active and full of energy. She is very enthusiastic about the Defenders missions and like to think of creative ways to solve them. She sometimes likes to boss the boys around.

Likes - Doing the right thing. Being fit and healthy

Dislikes - Daydreamers. Being proven wrong. Furry teeth.

Super powers - Can shrink and grow. Super speed.

Key message - Enjoy a wide variety of nutritious foods. Try not to eat too much sugar. If you’re going to snack make it healthy!

Water boy is the leader of the defenders. He is serious, mostly calm and collected but he does have the occasional problem which results in the loss of temper.

Likes - Decisions to be made, the job being done. Water sports.

Dislikes - Sweet drinks. Time wasting. Fooling around and furry teeth.

Super powers - Flying.  Shrinking and growing. Unlimited strength.

Key message - Drink plenty of tap water. Drink plain milk. Avoid sugary drinks!

Brush Boy is the 'koolest' kid in school.  He is easy going and quick-witted. He has a bad habit of being a bit lazy and likes to do his own thing. Brush boy loves action and defeating the villians.

Likes - Being playful. Teasing. Going with the flow.

Dislikes - Shaggy toothbrush.  Furry teeth. Too many plans.

Super powers - Can shrink and grow. Has super sight and x-ray vision.

Key message - Brush thoroughly and carefully at least twice a day. Make brushing a regular habit. Adults should help you to brush if you are less than seven!
