Clinic Search

Below is a search function which allows you to quickly find your closest DHSV or community dental clinic. Your search will locate clinic names, addresses and contact telephone numbers. You can also use the interactive map below to find your closest clinic.

Follow these easy steps to locate information:

  1. Choose the category you would like to search by, e.g. Name, Region, Suburb or Postcode
  2. Type in a keyword such as the name of your town or suburb, or postcode
  3. Click the “search” button

Click on location for full details

Instructions:

1. Simply click on the region closest to your home or work.

2. All clinics in that region will then display.

3. Click on a town name to view contact details and waiting times, or click on the region to list details of all clinics within that region.

4. Click the 'back to main map' to return to the full size map.

Note: Metropolitan map can also be controlled via the arrows either side of the map. Using these arrows will move the map in that direction - and display more clinics.
