Annual progress report
Researchers are required to submit an annual progress report to the Committee for each research project approved, as part of the monitoring process required by the National Statement (2007).
Ethics approval is ongoing but will lapse if the progress report is not received by the due date or is not deemed satisfactory by the Committee. If the Committee is not satisfied with the progress report, researchers will be informed about subsequent action.

Amendments and modifications to research projects

Final report
Final reports are due on completion of a project or if research is discontinued before the expected date of completion. Please complete the above HREC Interim or Annual Report Form and include your final report in the designated area.
