Sue is a registered nurse with over 35 years’ experience in the health sector and has worked across the healthcare sector with a range of organisations including public, not-for-profit, privately owned and the charitable sector. Her roles include both clinical and organisational leadership as a Nursing Director, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive. Sue has expertise as a strategic, values-driven executive with experience leading organisations through complex change and challenging external environments.

Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan - Chief Operating Officer

Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the public health sector.  He is responsible for purchasing services and administering funding for statewide public oral health services, as well as service provision through the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.  Mark is responsible for overseeing health promotion and service performance, service improvement and statewide safety and quality. He is also the executive lead for the Smile Squad school dental program. Mark has expertise in project management, continuous improvement and customer service and has held senior executive positions in regional and specialist hospitals.

Nuno has over 10 years' leadership experience in health information technology, and over 20 years of information and communications technology (ICT) experience across numerous industries. He has held the following positions – Chief Technology Officer at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Chief Information Officer at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital and the Senior Director of ICT for Health Support Queensland at Queensland Health.

Werner Bischoff - Acting Chief Oral Health Officer

Adj. Assoc. Prof. Werner Bischof AM – Acting Chief Oral Health Officer

Werner Bischof is the Acting Chief Oral Health Officer at Dental Health Services Victoria. Werner is a highly experienced periodontist with more than 25 years’ experience in the public and private oral health sector. Since joining DHSV in 2014 Werner has applied his clinical leadership across all specialist units in the areas of models of care, peer review, clinical governance and patient experience. Werner is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the La Trobe University Rural Health School. In 2019, Werner received one of the nation’s highest honours as he was named a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for his significant services to dentistry and professional dental organisations.

Tim Hogan - Chief Financial Officer

Tim Hogan – Chief Financial Officer

BBus, FCPA, FAICS, GAICD

Tim has over 25 years’ experience managing corporate administration functions. As Chief Financial Officer he provides financial and corporate management leadership and is responsible for the development and implementation of the organisation strategic plan, achieving Statement of Priority performance targets and annual business plan goals. He also provides leadership and operational management oversight for the operations of finance and accounting, governance and corporate services and asset management.

Rebecca Paterson - General Manager RDHM

Rebecca has held director and senior leadership positions in the health sector for over 25 years at GenesisCare, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and The Alfred Hospital. Rebecca has led organisational change, driven continuous improvement and prioritised collaboration with staff and partners. Rebecca is skilled in building and leading high performing teams; leading large-scale change and transformation; achieving operational excellence; and achieving high levels of patient satisfaction. After beginning her studies with a Bachelor of Nursing, Rebecca went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Intensive Care Nursing and a Master of Business Administration.

Stephanie Milione - Chief Strategy and Engagement Officer

Stephanie has held director and senior leadership positions in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors for over 10 years. Her roles included Senior Adviser to the Treasurer of Victoria, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Health Minister and Director at consulting firm Nous Group. An inclusive leader and adept communicator, Stephanie has expertise in strategic planning, policy development, and building high performing teams. She completed a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor at the University of Melbourne, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the ANU.

With a Business (HRM) and AICD certification, Zemeel has been formally recognized nationally  as an award winner in leading high performing People and Culture teams and bespoke strategies that have delivered cultural transformation. Zemeel understands that a diverse, inclusive, capable and well-supported workforce is vital in delivering our Strategic Direction
