Connected: Partnerships between community dental agencies and Smiles 4 Miles

Connected has been developed to support the partnership between the community dental and Smiles 4 Miles programs, outlining strategies to work together to ensure that children attending a Smiles 4 Miles participating early childhood service can access an oral health visit. Where this partnership is not established, Connected provides strategies for Smiles 4 Miles coordinators and the local dental agency to work in partnership to improve children’s oral health.
